Dr. Jeff May
Dr. May graduated, with honors, from Texas A&M with an undergraduate degree in Biology and in 1981, he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. May practiced for 3 years in Baltimore County, Maryland in both small animals and horses. In 1984, he returned to Texas and worked for one year at an emergency veterinary clinic. In 1985, he opened Crossing Animal Clinic, where he continues to practice today.
Dr. May and his wife, Debra, live in the Cedar Park area with their German Shepherds, Max and Chaco.
Dr. May has been selected “Most Awesome-ist Veterinarian” by the readers of the Austin Pets Directory for 6 years.
Dr. Malari Howell
Dr. Howell graduated, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2010.
Dr. Howell started working at Crossing Animal Clinic in 2001 as a Kennel Technician, working her way up to Veterinary Technician before starting Veterinary school. She has been a Veterinary Associate since 2010.
Dr. Howell and her husband, Trevor Smith, live in Cedar Park with a small menagerie of animals including a kinkajou, prairie dog, a pot-bellied pig and reptiles. In her free time she competes in agility trials with two of her dogs, Ella and Suki.
